Just like last year, we will be sharing the space with our sister midwifery practices: Nine Short Months, Mazarra Midwifery, and Trillium Birth Services. Please join us and many other home birth families as we reconnect, see how the babies have grown, and enjoy a potluck BBQ. Hot dogs and veggie dogs will be provided. Please bring a dish to pass.
New Moon Midwifery is a team of two NARM-certified homebirth midwives and their apprentice midwives-in-training. New Moon provides prenatal, homebirth, and postpartum care to healthy pregnant women planning to birth in their homes.
We believe that, for most women, pregnancy and birth are normal, healthy life processes. We strive to lovingly assist the birthing woman and her family through pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum by monitoring and supporting the natural process at home.
Our office is located on Ann Arbor’s west side, adjoining The Center For The Childbearing Year. We provide consultations and prenatal care in our office. Labor, birth and immediate postpartum are attended in your home.
